      who report on the benefit of combining multiple biomarkers and tests including galactomannan (GM) ELISA assay from bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) as well as the BALF Aspergillus specific Lateral Flow Device Test (LFD) for the diagnosis of invasive pulmonary aspergillosis (IPA) in patients with hematological malignancies.
