The Journal seeks to bring together knowledge from all specialties involved in infection research and clinical practice, and present the best work in the ever-changing field of infection.

Each issue brings you Editorials that describe current or controversial topics of interest, high quality Reviews to keep you in touch with the latest developments in specific fields of interest, an Epidemiology section reporting studies in the hospital and the general community, and a lively correspondence section.

Manuscripts that advance knowledge and discussion of clinical infection in practice, including case reports and case series, can be submitted to the Journal?s open access companion title, Clinical Infection in Practice.

Clinical Infection in Practice

Clinical Infection in Practice – a BIA journal

The new open access journal Clinical Infection in Practice is now open for submissions.

An official journal of the British Infection Association, Clinical Infection in Practice will provide a forum for case reports and series, clinical audits/service improvements and practical clinical reviews on infection practice. Each issue will feature an invited Practice Points article. The Journal will be a key educational resource for trainees, as well as being essential reading for more senior clinicians.
